About the Publication

Blazer Magazine is a student-run literary magazine based in Ottawa, Canada where Ashbury College students can have their work published. Our team of writers, editors, and designers meet every Tuesday and Wednesday throughout the year to edit and workshop submissions, and work on the layout and design of the publication. The magazine publishes one to two issues per academic year and all Ashbury students are invited to contribute work in the following genres:

• Fiction

• Creative Content

• Poetry

• French Content

• Creative Nonfiction

• Multilingual Content

• Art and Design

• Web Content and Design

All print publications are guided by a theme and the content of each issue is expected to align with that theme.
